Abstract

This article analyzes the science developed at the Capixaba Institute of Research, Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (Incaper), through technical-scientific literature produced between the years 2000 and 2023. It aims to understand the evolution and connections in science, to prospect trends in state agriculture, in order to point out areas of innovation, evaluating the evolution of knowledge and guiding possible strategies for sustainable agricultural development. The results showed 65 thousand downloads in 2022 and 2023, highlighting the themes of coffee and fruit growing. Research trends include plant diseases and genetic improvement. We concluded that fruit growing is an important field of activity for Incaper, which has dedicated itself to sustainable rural development. In the relationships between authors and institutional partnerships, Incaper has contributed to the advancement of Agricultural Sciences in Brazil and worldwide.
